From December 2026, Alpine Resorts will unveil Sundance 5*, a new luxury residence in Courchevel Moriond.

Designed for families and groups of friends, it will offer apartments and penthouses accommodating 4 to 12 guests.

For relaxation, guests will enjoy an extensive wellness area featuring a 16-metre indoor swimming pool, spa, treatments and massages.

The experience will be complemented by La Bokka Italian restaurant and a ski shop located within the residence. A new address further enhancing Courchevel’s premium accommodation offering.

NEW — STEAMBOAT 5*: A NEW PRESTIGIOUS RESIDENCE IN COURCHEVEL MORIOND

From December 2026, Alpine Resorts will unveil Steamboat 5*, a new luxury residence in Courchevel Moriond.

Designed for families and groups of friends, the residence will offer apartments and penthouses accommodating 4 to 14 guests, combining comfort with premium services.

Guests will be able to enjoy a wellness area with an indoor swimming pool, spa, treatments and massages, as well as an on-site ski shop.

On the culinary side, the residence’s restaurant will showcase traditional Savoyard cuisine, under the direction of Chef Frédéric Steiger.

The development comprises 14 apartments ranging from 60 to 150 m², designed to offer comfort and elegance for families and groups of friends in a privileged setting at the heart of Les 3 Vallées.

On the top floor, a spectacular master suite completes the experience, within an elegant interior showcasing natural materials and traditional Alpine craftsmanship.

From 11 December 2026, Fahrenheit Seven will open a new 4-star hotel in Les Menuires, on the Preyerand snow front. Following Val Thorens and Courchevel, this will be the brand’s third address in the heart of Les 3 Vallées. The hotel will offer nine categories of rooms and suites, ranging from 26 to 93 m² and accommodating 2 to 7 guests, with views over the slopes or the valley.

Designed in Fahrenheit Seven’s signature neo-vintage style, the hotel will enjoy a ski-in/ski-out location and feature a wellness area with a 12-metre heated indoor swimming pool, sauna and hammam, a 200 m² south-facing terrace dedicated to après-ski, and a ski boutique spanning more than 100 m². On the culinary side, Italian and Mediterranean-inspired cuisine will complete the experience.
